The real difference between men and women.

I just got a brief where I have to establish (some how) the difference between men and woman to be able to start working on a campaign. I have to say I don't really know if there's a difference or not. Well, what I want to say is that I didn't know. Now I do know there’s one. By seeing this video from a seminar in Cannes (BBDO) I found out that the difference is not only anatomical. It's mental too.
